  1. This has been the hardest issue for me as well, especially drinking with breakfast. So I've been taking sips of coffee. I've had one fill and am losing well (50 lbs since 4/09), but my major concern is whether there's any danger to doing this. If the only problem is that you may get hungry sooner, then I figure I'll stop drinking when my weight loss goes down or stops altogether. So, have any of you heard anything about dangerous side effects to drinking with food? (By the way, my doctor said I could drink coffee.)
