I found that the Whey Necter, Fuzy Navel was supposed to be good. Well it has a medicine after taste Gross!!!! so I added one fruit punch Protein bullet to it and is is now drinkable. Not the best but barely drinkable. just my 2 cents worth...

Thanks Bren, I got alot of good info from you. Well from all of you. I hope to use the VSG as a tool to stop the binging. I am a nervous wreck over this surgery, I am scared that something will happen and I won't happen.. Just my irrational fears...lol :frown1:

I Have a question I have not seen asked on here. We were or all obese for one reason or another. over eating, binge eating or whatever habits we had if we can call them habits. How does VSG change this eating? so that you loose weight? Thanks for any answers, :sad0:

HI, I am scheduled for July the 9th for VGS surgery, I was going to have the band but find that i will need less "maintenance" with the sleeve. I am going to have the surgery by Dr. Rodriguez in Juarez, Mexico, He has done 90 of these so far. Please give me your input and or experiences, I am getting nervous.
