    I am 3 weeks post-up and will see my surgeon tomorrow. I have been existing on adkins shakes and soy protein shake with protein supplements to get my 64 oz. of protein a day. My only problem has been a yaest infection on me mouth post-op. from antibiotics. Hopefully the doc will take care of it tomorrow.
