  6. i've had about 5 fills so far...i will not go to dr malley for anything....they pissed me off when i was going to go there for surgery. i had mine at wlsc instead....but i understand the need to have someone for fills since yours was in Mexico. lucily my ins covered mine...but there have been changes, and they want my wife to jump thru lots of hoops. plus, as of 4 days ago we have aetna instead of uhc. michael

  13. my nose doc gave me a rubber bulb that i use to wash out my nose and sinuses. i use warm water, salt and baking soda. after i had a uppp and then another sinus surgery i had to wash the blood out of my nose daily this way. he told me to do this any time my sinuses get congested also. you just fill the bulb with the solution, lean over the sink and squeeze. then tilt your head to the side for a moment then turn back. great for washing out the snot, and shortens the infection. after you might want to touch your toes to allow the water to drain back out.

  19. we're off today, because it's stake conference, and i refuse to drive all the way to the independence stake center since the liberty stake is right behind my house.
