  11. Welcome Wendy. I'm new to the site also and I'm waiting for insurance to come through...UHC. I called them yesterday and they expect to have an answer by Friday!! I heard that it can help to call and find out who your case worker is and make sure they know who you are and then they can put a voice to the paperwork they are looking at. Worth a shot...
  12. Thanks Coyotegirl! Yes, he seems to have a large fan base! I'm really happy about his support after the surgery! Looks like you have had GREAT success with the band!! I remember seeing your post from the other day - when you posted the pic of you on the scale and your piggies were showing! Very nice!!
  13. HI there. I'm a newbie. I submitted my paperwork to the insurance a couple weeks ago and just waiting for approval. I'm in Mesa AZ and will be going to Dr. Terry Simpson for my band. :biggrin1: I'm currently doing SB and I can't wait to get the band to help me lose my weight. I'm looking forward to doing all those fun things I used to do...skiing, scuba, hiking, archery tournaments, etc. Well, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
