  1. Hello, I am not sure how this blog works but will try. I am going to Dr. Smolik seminar on this up coming Sat. I am also almost 57 yrs. I have over 100 lbs to lose and have tried it all and failed. I lost 65 lbs about 12 years ago and kept it off for 5 yrs and now over pass 7 years have piled it back on. I am so ready to get this under control and live my later part of life as healthy as possible. How long does the process take prior to having surgery? What is post surgery like and how what was a sample day diet post surgery? Are you elated and totally happy with your outcome? Please email me at my email adress at crolsen96@earthlink.net ... thank you ...any words of advice would be greatly appreciated. C
