    Hey guys I was banded 6/18/2009. I am on my post opp diet and hating it. I was in a lot of pain yesterday but it seems to be better today. I was banded with the Realize band and I really like the support website. My surgeon was Mark Shina and the surgery was at St Catherine Hospital in Charlestown.

    I am currently on my two week pre-opp diet I started this diet at 260 lbs I just weighed this morning and I am at 239lbs. It has been a rough two weeks but worth every min. Tuesday June16 I have to start clear liquids and do the bowel prep I am not looking forward to this but I guess it has to be done! My surgeon is Dr. Mark Shina. I am a little nervous but also excited to start this new chapter in my life! :tongue_smilie:
