  1. I've lost 25 pounds in 3 months. I lost 20 pounds in the first month, but only 10 since. That may be about to change because I think I'm almost at the sweet spot -- just had my 4th fill (up to 7 cc's) and am starting to feel it. I just graduated to jogging (1 minute jog, 2 minutes walk), so maybe some weight will start to come off.
  2. I was banded April 7 and have had three fills -- and I'm still trying to figure it out. All I know is that if I eat too fast, I regret it. However, if I eat slow and chew a lot, it seems that I can eat all day. That's not the case, but it seems that I can eat more than I should be able to. Fill #4 is tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes.
  3. I had my banding on April 7 and have had two fills, but with almost no noticable result. I can still eat as much as I want, as long as I chew to a puree consistency. If I don't chew well enough, I have major pain from the food sticking and I get "the slimes." My question is this: How will I know when I hit the sweet spot? Will I get a normal sensation of being full, or will pain be the indicator because food just won't go down no matter how much I chew?
