  1. that is awesome! Are you ready for this? I have not lost but 3 to 5 lbs!!!!! My doctor informed me the last visit I had with him that apparently I am in the 15% of folks that are unsuccessful with the band. I was so discouraged and still am! I figure what the hell and eat what I want! (what doesn't hurt me) Good thing is I have not gained anything, so that is good. The band is holding me steady but I would still like to know why I am so unsuccessful! I have to be careful or stay away from bread products and really dry meats and chicken. Just this past weekend I choked on my salad!!!! Maybe not chewing well enough was the problem with that! My band is filled to 5 (I think) maybe 5.5
  2. it has been a year and a half and I am not losing weight! The doctor will not adjust me anymore because I am having problems with certain foods. I am so overwhelmed with all of this! Is there anyone else out there that this has happened to? Please give me some advice!
