    I just got my packet filled out and sent in. So my process just started. I live in Woodleaf in between statesville and salisbury off Hwy. 70. Dr. Fuzz Fernando @ Wake Forest Med. Center Winston Salem NC. will be doing my procedure. Im excited and nervous. Waiting on insurance.
