  1. I had mine in Jan and was anxious but not really nervous. Don't worry its worth it. My surgery went great and I was home in 5 hours. I have now lost 98 pounds and 20 in BMI in just over 4 months. Randy
  2. I also had my band surgery on 1-22 and have never experienced any weight gain. I lost 18 pounds the first 6 days and have not slowed down much. I have now lost 97 lbs and gone from 54BMI to 32 BMI. As the other person said I lost most of my weight without feeling any or much restriction. I have had 3 fills.
  3. I was banded Jan 22 of 09 and have never regretted it. I have gone from BMI 54 to 32 in just over 4 months and have lost 97 lbs. Randy
  4. Hey Jason, again like everyone said Stay Positive! I had my band installed on 1-22-09 and weighed 340 with a 54 BMI. I am now after just a little over 4 months already down to 244 and BMI of 32. I could not be happier I should have done this years ago. In addition my insurance paid all but $150 on my surgery. Keep it positive and your time will come.
  5. Thats cool. I am Randy and I had my surgery on 1-22-09 and I have now lost 96 pounds. I started at 340 and BMI of 51. I am now 244 with 34 BMI. Just wait I did the same thing you are doing I wanted to wish time away to see what the results would be. It is worth the wait
