  1. I excercise 7 days a week. I work at the gym. i also walk 5 to 7 miles a day. I have lost 85 pounds since surgery last July. Life is good!!!
  2. I made a goof. Stitchy gave the correct site above. I did not look at the date.This was done last year. It will not be televised on July 27th. Sorry about the mix up. Thank you Stitchy for the correct info. My Bad!!!!
  3. On July 27th at 4:30 pm (est) Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston will do a live lap band procedure. Go to www.orlive.com and type in lap band in the search and scroll down until you see Brigham and Women's Hospital. This will give you all the info on it. During the procedure you can ask the doctor questions while they are doing the procedure. I have watched one a few weeks ago and they are very helpful.
