    I have my surgery tomorrow and I've only told my best friend. I'm pretty ashamed that I can't do it on my own, but I feel really good about this decision. It really is no one's business but I know that my kids are going to figure something out. Oh well! they are grown-ups now and they will just have to deal with it.
