    at first i was burping alot too and not having bowel movement. i got the band on 4/28 too. i only had the vomitting on a popsicle incident but i can tell when i have eaten too much or too fast because i get extreme back pain. the problem im having is i know i am not eating right, im really unsure that im getting enough protein. does anyone have a sample meal plan i could follow? again i just had sx on 4/28 any ideas are appreciated.

    I too felt bad that when i went in for my first check up and didnt lose not one pound despite me excercising every day. But I talked to some other lap banders and they told me not to fret.
