What's up Lyndsay?! I am doing great...the weight is coming off fairly slowly, but I feel good. I am getting my 3rd fill Tuesday. How are you doing?

I am doing good, I just got my 2nd fill today, so I should be on my way. So far I've lost about 23 pounds.

You look great! I was banded on June 11th and have lost about 25 lbs including pre-op diet. I'm slowly getting there

I lost 24, but gained 2 pounds since I started eating real food, lol. It's worth eating though, so I'm not mad. I just want my fill. My next appointment is the 17th and I don't even know if he will fill me then. I guess we will see. Happy 4th! How much have you lost?

Hey Lyndsay...yeah, I am fine now and eating everything. By everything I mean chicken, spaghetti, any kind of veggie or fruit, popcorn...everything, lol! I am hungry, but try to fill myself with protein and veggies. I'm staying away from breads, but that's it...everything else is fair game!!! Suffice it to say, I can't wait for my first fill either!

I am doing so much better now. I thought that I was never gonna get better. I am hungry most of the time and I feel like I can eat whatever, so I am trying to make good choices. I understand why everyone wants the first fill asap. Hope all is well!
