  1. 0o0o0o my turn.Hi my name is Elisha and I am 21Originally from California but living in Connecticut.I am married and have a little girl gabby.I am 5''6 and 238lbs.I have been overweight for a while.I have type 2 diabetes.I will be banded on August 4th by Dr.T.Ehrlich of fairfield CT.My favorite protein shake is the Atkins Advantage vanilla flavor.Best of luck to you all.

Hey everyone.I am on day two of my pre op diet and I am on a 1000 calorie diet.I am doing really good with it.I have those atkins advantage shakes and there not too bad they make me feel really full.I am also drinking the chicken broth fat free low sodium and its not too too bad but it could be better.lol...Best of luck to you all.12 MORE DAYS!!!!! AUGUST 4TH 2009 YAY!!!!!!!!!!

Dr.Timothy Ehrlich is wonderful.He is very sweet and gives great detail on the weight loss procedure.I am glad he will be doing my Lap Band surgery.His staff is wonderful too.All of them are very attentive and very nice to everyone.They always have a smile on their faces.I know this journey will be a great one for me.
