Hi Connie, What is the "NEW Program"?

The band is not for everybody... that's for sure. A friend at works sister had the band and with it some very serious complications that almost killed her. You have to go into the whole process knowing all of the risks and even the fact that it does not work for everybody. My cousins wife has had it for over 10 years now... she had one fill after she got it and then never went back. She has learned to eat pass the band and has since gained weight. I was banded back in June of 2009. I am down 104 lbs. The weight is coming off slowly and steadily. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!

I live in Norwalk and work in Buena Park. I was banded back in June of 2009. I am down 102 lbs so for. I have 17 to 27 more lbs to go!! This was the best decision I ever made. It hasn't been easy, but I feel great!!

I also have a PPO.... Anthem Blue Cross. I have not paid one dime out of pocket.

I am in Norwalk.

LOL :thumbup: I know that I should NEVER say only... My bad!! I am averaging over 4 1/2 lbs a month!! I think that is great!! Thanks for the words of encouragement!! We need to have each other's back!! LOL

I finally hit the 50 lb mark!!:confused:

I had my surgery on 6/18/09 and I have 47 lbs. I am happy with the time that it is taking to come off. I did expect it to come off faster, but it is giving me a chance to actually work-out and work off the flab.

Wow, Congrats!! 70lbs is a lot!!

I am down 45 lbs.

I have only lost 30 since my surgery on 6/18/09. My doctor says I am right where I should be. I just had another fill on Saturday... and I can really feel this one. He says the weight should start coming off quicker now. Although, I do not want to lose it too fast.

OMG!! I now know what restriction feels like (ouch!!). I have to get used to not inhaling my food!! I am really glad to finally have this feeling though. Here's to a new me!!

I go for my 3rd fill tomorrow!! I hope I will have more restriction!! Will keep y'all posted. Keam... If you just click on my tracker.. I beleive that will take you to the site to make your own.

Chocolate Protein shake mix, skim milk, crushed ice and a spoon full of peanut butter mixed in a magic bullet type mixer in the morning... Yummy!!

I hope I get more restriction with my next fill (Sept 12th). I have been stuck at the same 18lbs lost for over a month now (but at least I haven't gained any). I look forward to the "Sweet Spot" I have heard so much about.

I started taking a Line Dancing class twice a week with my mom. The class is 2 hours and is quite a workout surprisingly, not to mention a lot of fun!!:frown:

The day after was the worst for me. It will get better... I promise!! Take Care!!
