  3. So, I'm 75% thru all of the pre-op phases of testing and dr. visits. No problems at all. However, before my surgeon will schedule my surgery date I have to lose 16lbs. Easier said than done. I have been dieting for 3 weeks now and lost a grand total of 2lbs. Can anyone provide any quick, yet healthy, weight loss tips? Im desperate! lol. :biggrin:
