    Hello All! I am new to this site! I recently had the Lap Band Surgery on 3-4-10. I endured the wonderful liver diet before surgery and that made me really believe in myself. If I can do that, then I can do this. I would love to hear any suggestions or just anything that would help me with my journey. I will be happy to anwser any questions about what I have been through so far. :sad:
