  1. Thanks. I am checking out another Dr. this Friday. The first place i went was a lapband processing plant and I felt like a pig going to slater. I need a bit more personal approach. No one mentioned anything about GAS so I am glad that I ave found this website.
  2. Thanks for the input. I live in Los Angeles, California. Land of the "beautiful" people. I've got 70 lbs. to lose and they are not comming off. Since I have tried everything else this seems to be the way. I was in a hurry to have the surgery but now I think I'll wait and learn a bit more. Thanks, ThreeCats
  3. Wow! Thank you for telling me your story. I like how you write. How are you doing now? I am debating wether I should have this surgery or not. I am soooo tired of dieting and exercising and not getting the results. The Dr. makes it sound so easy. I am so confused, that is why I'm checking this site out. Thanks, CM
  4. Hey sounds like you are on your way. I am worried about the pain after the surgery. What was it like>
  5. Hi, I'm new too. Just went for my pre-op yesterday in Beverly Hills. It was a very busy place, little too busy for me. They had me waiting for my ekg in the room where everyone goes after surgery. I left without making an appt. I'm waiting until Mon. to make a decision on wether or not to go through with it. Can anyone tell me how hard it is going to be the first week?
