  1. I went ot a siminar recently and the answer is yes. If you have complications you will have to pay out of pocket for that. What you pay out of pocket is just for the post op,surgery, and first year. Anything after that is on you. That's what the Dr. out of El Paso said. I think each Dr. is different though. Hope this helps some.

    Hello everyone... Well I was recently denied by my insurance for the surgery and unfortunatly I can't afford to pay for it myself. I so desperately need it the last time I weighed myself I am at 350+. If anyone knows of a way I can get it done some how. If you can be of any help PLEASE let me know. I am only 33 yrs old and don't want to go on like this. I have tried everything in the book to lose the weight and can't. I have already looked into state insurance but as I have insurance I don't qualify. Anyone out there have any problems like this? What did you do? And yes it is an EXCLUSION in my insurance policy. PLEASE HELP!!!
