    Went to Doctor yesterday, first time after Surgery which was on July 1st..I lost 21 pounds and my husband had the surgery the same day as well and he lost 30 pounds, it is so great...cant wait to loose more and more...

    LOL!! funny i was holding out on Telling my mom, but i had to tell her i waited as long as i could, My husband and i are getting the lapband on the same day so we need a ride home (lol)...
