Its almost 12midnight my time and I just read all your entries. Wow you have done so well and I am looking forward to reading your April updates. My tentative LB surgery date is 4/30/09 but I still have five pre-surgery appointments before the date is confirmed. I weight in at 325 lbs at my first appointment with the doctor after the seminar. My husband cooks for the family and went with me to my dietician visit a week later and made major changes. After the changes to my diet I lost 10 lbs (in about 5 weeks). My goal is to be at 300 or below before the surgery, which means I add have to loose an additional 15 lbs before surgery. Adding exercise will help me reach this goal. Thanks for taking the time to post your comments, I find them extremely informative, helpful and encouraging.
