  1. HI, have not been on in a long time. I got banded aug.06 started out at 238lbs and got down to 140lbs in a year and 8 months. I did work very hard at this and was very happy and then my baby brother past away at 21. I and just gave up on everything, I am now back at 200lbs and its been 1 yr and 10 months since his passing. I am having trouble finding that motivtion to help my self back to health agian, I don't even know how i did so well. Has anyone out there been through this and have some words of wisdom for me.
