    Hey everyone, i've just booked in with Dr Chris De Bruyne on the 12 May 09 and would love to know if anyone has anything they can say about the whole experience, what Dr Chris is like if i work really hard, can i lose my weight within a year? I am just under 18 stone at 5ft 8ins and would love to get back down to 10st 4lbs when i felt most comfortable!
