Thank You, Guess I'll just have to be patient. It's hard though. But...tonight was my first Water aerobics class. So hopefully that will help.

Hi All,
It's been a while since I posted but...I have an question. I was banded on June 19th and I haven't lost one pound since my first post op visit. That was four weeks ago. I do not have a restriction and can eat without feeling discomfort or full. Is this normal? Will it change when I have a fill? I see the Dr. on July 25th. Very confused and frustrated.

I'm only 2 weeks out but I've been reading alot about people losing their hair.:cry I'm so scared. Does this happen to everyone? :think s there anyway to stop this process. Also, anyone banded by Dr. Wagner in St. Louis, Mo. desotodeb
No. I actually live in Mo. I guess I read so much about what I will and will not be able to eat that I'm second guessing myself. I love salad and have been told it will not agree with me. Like you though, I'm not sorry I had it done. Anxious maybe.
Are you sorry you did it? The clear liquid thing is really getting old. Funny thing, since I decided to have the surgery I lost about 25lbs. on my own. Nerves I guess.
Hi Martha, I'm new also. Just got banded on June 19th. Ooh, so sore. I go back to work on the 28th and that will be a real test for me. My Dr. took me off all broth because my system was rejecting it making me ill. Feeling better already. I can suck on a few crackers now and then. Good Luck....
Thanks, I'm alittle nervous but everyone says the hard part is over. My doctor took me off all broth today because my system could no longer handle it. I get to suck on crackers for the next few days. I can't wait for some pudding or something. I go for my first follow up on the 27th. Sooo, hungry. Was it hard to move on to soft foods after the clear liquid?
Hi, This is my first time and not really sure how to work this. I just had my surgery on the 19th and I'm wondering what the next couple of weeks have in store for me.
