    HI all , I'm a newbie. I will be banded in May this year and am really looking for any advice you want to share. Like diets , ups and downs to look forward to, etc. I am a Army spouse as you might have guessed by the name and my hubby is deployed right now so its all me. He supports me from afar and hopefully I'll met a few new friends to be with me on this journey on here as well. I am curious as to what to expect weight loss wise in the first couple months. SO anyone???? Hope to hear from you.
