  1. hi, i use the daily burn food scanner for iphone. you can even scan the barcode of the items that you eat to get the nutritional information and add it to favorites. if you have a mac computer you can also sync it on that.
  2. day 2 today. gas is much better. i can shower today too! i am going to try to walk around the block.
  3. i just keep walking around the house in circles hoping this gas will pass. it is soooo uncomfortable. it feels like a big ball of heartburn.
  4. hi steve, my name is carol and i just got banded yesterday 3/2. read all of the blogs and posts because they have helped me a lot. right now i am sore where i assume the port is, the rest of the incisions are fine. i do have that terrible gas that everyone complains about. walking does help but i will be happy when it finally passes. i have been sipping on water and protein shakes, dozing on and off and wishing that i could eat something solid.
  5. i started the whole process almost a year ago and i am getting banded tuesday, 3/2. my feelings are exactly the same. i think it's only natural. every time i read the posts and see how successful everyone else has been and i'm hoping that it will be the same for me.
