  1. Thank you so much for responding to my post. I totally agree with you and I have made that committment. I am getting a fill on May 7th. I hope that it will help me lose my last 50 pounds. What support group do you think is the best one on this forum that I could join? Before, the support groups are what kept me going. Let me know if you can and thanks again for your response.   2. Hi my name is Beth and I have had my lap band for several years now. I lost some weight but it slowed down and I wanted to try something else (big mistake) so I had my dr give me an unfill so I could go on my own. I lost a little but now I aam at a standstill. I am going to get another fill after a year of trying on my own. I was wondering if there was anyone else out there starting over in away and could be my support buddy. I remember before when I started this the support groups were great. Thanks Beth
