  2. help!!!! I had my band on 4/9/2009 and as of todays date I have only lost a total of 26 pounds. I go for my 3rd fill next week and I am starting to get depresses because I thought I would have lost more weight by now. I walk and I use my Gazelle for exercise but the weight isnt going anywhere can someone suggest something I can try different or is this the norm for weight loss?
