I have gained 300 lbs since graduating from College almost 30 years ago.  I've tried a few diets, but like many of us just couldn't get it off and keep it off.  The immobility, diabetes and high blood pressure were slowly killing me so I felt I needed to look for some help.  I run a small business and really couldn't afford the time off or possible complications related with bypass surgery so I decided to go with the lapband.  It was pretty slow at first, but now that we've dialed the band in I'm excited with the results.  I really like the slow steady weight loss and slowly but surely I'm getting some mobility back.
