  1. ONDERLAND!!!! I can't believe it...it's been sooooo long since i've seen it. I do believe I like and will stay awhile!
  2. It's not a tumor it's just a bulge which the Dr. says is from tubing. I've just never heard of anyone else complain of this.
  3. I'm 22 days post-op and I had my first drink last Sunday. Just tequila no mixer. Didn't have any problems.
  4. I was banded on Aug. 18th (22 days ago) and have not had any problems except this nagging pain I have. It's located below my port incision and over to my left side. Also, the incision to the left of my port incision feels hard. When I questioned the Dr. about this he said it was the tubing from the port that I was feeling. It looks like I have a tumor there and I'm not happy about. Has anyone else had these problems. Thanks!
  5. I'm 3 weeks post surgery and unlike lots of people on here my surgeon doesn't do the usually mushies after surgery. By the second week you are on solid food. I've been eating shrimp and steak on a regular basis since the surgery. I have no problems with anything. Not sure that is a good thing though. I'm so ready for my first fill. :blushing:
  6. My date is August 18th! Been doing a low carb diet for a month. Have to do liquid for two days before, which I'm not looking forward to!
  7. I feel your pain. While I don't have the insurance issue I was really disappointed to find out today it would be the end of June before I can get my Pre-Op visit to see the doctor and another month after that before I can actually get the surgery. Was not a great way to start off the morning!
