  1. my name is kerrie I am 38, I decided to get a lap band due to my life long struggle with weight. I am 5-1 and weighed 172lbs on April 1, the day of my surgery. I have questions about recovery, how everyone felt, how active they were and diet. I feel pretty good now on April 7, but I am still sore, slow and steady, eventhough I am a nurse I am not sure how long I should feel sore? Also, suggestions for meal ideas and such would be great. thank you:tongue:
