Today I measured, and I went down 1" on my waist.:thumbup: Went to gym today!:cursing: Adjustment I had about 3 weeks ago seems to be working!:thumbup: Went down from 3X to 2X in sweats, and was able to shop at Walmart, better prices than Casual Male XL (although chinsier):smile2: See you when I post again!:sad: Steve
