  3. I try to drink lot of water. Here's a suggestion, though: Hit your 6-8 glasses a day and combine that with reducing your sodium intake. You will notice a huge difference in the way you feel and look.
  4. I have not had implants yet, but if I have to choose I will to saline. If you get saline and they leak you are safe. The saline will just absorb into your body with no harm to you. If a silicone implant leaks... you are in trouble. Saline is lighter than silicone too. So saline is the best way to go in my opinion.
