  1. I try to take my lunch with me as much as possible because as you know, truck stop's are not good places to try and eat healthy. I also learned the hard way to keep a small trash can handy if your gonna eat while going down the road just in case. Don't worry, you wont have any problem's after you heal a while. :thumbup:
  2. I've been an owner operator for the past 4 year's. I had my lapband surgery last november and have lost 56 pound's so far. It was the best decision I've ever made. We have to keep our health in decent shape to pass our dot physical's, and this is a great tool for that.
