Best wishes with your surgery, I love the powdered peanut butter it taste great in choco shakes.Also in my powdered choco vitamin,I also have the bullet it makes doing your shakes a breeze,also I just ordered a supplement that comes with the bullet called the bulletboost.Still have to see what it does. Let me know how you are doing just had my second fill and I never feel like eating.

Costco has a good shake called premier 8oz. is 30 g of protein. easy to go carton.

Also using Jay Robb many flavors,love the peanut butter too also able to mix in shakes.

Great weight loss!! Your Dr. did a 1st fill quick,I think I have to wait till 6 weeks.But I feel really great never really feel like eating.

Great start!! Yes I did have Dr. Reich and Dr. Strom they were great I had my lap band done April 24,Down 21 lbs.already I never feel hungry.I had to do the 6 month nutrition but you will be surprised at how fast it goes by.The staff at their office was great,all my appointments were done right across the street from the office all done in the same building.Any questions you have just let me know if I can help.I have another friend who will be ready in Sept. so I let her know the best protein drinks and stuff. Hi, my first time on I don,t know if I doing it all right but I,m sure you guys will help me if I,m making mistakes.My band will be done on 4/24/09 just now getting a little nervous.Enjoying the shakes I,m using Jay Robb they come in great flavors just getting too full can,t get in as many as they say we need a day.:rolleyes2:
