    Hi friend......don't get discouraged....you know it is a process & won't happen overnight. If your doc doesn't seem to think anything is wrong then start looking at lifestyle changes. I had my surgery in late Nov 2008 and I do cheat....you gotta sometimes, but I also think support helps!
