  1. Hi was banded on june 4th , have feel a little discomfort but nothing to really complain about. My doctor told me today i could start with yogurt and creamy soups, also a little of smashed potatoes any ideas of other options in this stage thanks.
  2. Hi im interested, on getting done the lapband precedure, i have been obese since i was 12 , im a male 25 years, 5'9 ,240 lb. i know i dont enter the super obese category i think my bmi is 35 or something like that. I went to a specialist here, and he told me that because i have high blood preasure its a good idea to have the procedure done, for my own health. Im almost decided but many people think im crazy because i dont look so fat. Sincerely for me i look fat every time i see myself on the mirror. I have twice in 3 years lost 50 pounds by dieting but i always gain them back. My doctor here show me the two bands, and well he told me that he liked more the lapband ap than the realize but that its my choice at the end. any comment and advice will be highly appreciated.
