  1. Well guys, tomorrow was the day one week ago today! I have to say I am doing well. Other then my belly being bruised ( I bruise easily) I already have the staples out and I am on to protien shakes:thumbup: The only thing that has bothered me a little is the smell of some of those food I love....especially the smell of garlic cooking on anything! Good luck to all....it will be a great beginning!:huh2:
  2. Congrats to you also! I am really excited and believe this will be a great answer. I am currently 199.6 lbs and my goal is to get to 140lbs. The biggest encouragement is hopefully getting away from all the medication I have been put on lately.
  3. Jodi, Your loss has been great...I am also 5'4". I am looking to you as a new mentor! (smile)
  4. I am having my surgery tomorrow morning. Does anyone have any last minute advice or preperation suggestions???:lunch:
