  1. I'm 5 days post op and have the same feeling on full liquids. The dr said i should pretend that every thing is very hot and just gets sipped. (which makes me laugh cause it takes me so long to eat a half a cup of soup that i have to heat it up 3 times) :scared2: I do notice it mostly with my protein shakes and they're the thickest thing i'm drinking so that might be it. not really painful but uncomfortable for a moment or two. good luck
  2. awesome, great advice! I had a c-section and a tubal ligation so I was thinking if I could get through that I will be ok. But so many people say the surgery was harder than they anticpated and that worries me. I'm soooo hungry there's no way I'm going to sleep either
  3. Anyone else going tomorrow? I'm excited, nervous and hungry! ...any last minute advice??
  4. I have only tried one, but it is GREAT. BNC Lean Dessert. I've had the whipped vanilla and the chocolate, blended with skim milk and ice with no artificial sweetners (don't like the taste of them at all) and only has 2g sugar. Best price on vitacost.com $15 per 1.3 lb container, i don't know if that's really expensive, but I know it can't be anymore expensive than the food I would normally eat instead of it, and I love the taste so it's worth it! :glare:
  5. Thanks so much for your post. great ideas
