Hello everyone! I know the title to most of the blogs is "is this normal"...but here goes my story: I had my first fill on Feb 10, 2009 I was banded on Jan 13, 09. Since my surgery date I have only lost 10 lbs. My first and only fill I've had was on Feb 10, and it was a 5 cc fill...yes that's right 5 cc. I have minimal restriction with a 5 cc fill though! Is this normal? I can eat anything if I chew it down well enough. ANYTHING! The doc didn't want to see me for my second fill until April 7, but I called and made my appointment 2 weeks earlier...is this normal? I feel like I should be loosing more weight, and not as hungry in between meals, with my 5 cc fill I still get hungry...sometimes I'm starving. Can somebody help me? and let me know what I should expect with this whole lap band thing. Everybody that knows I had the lap band surgery looks at me like i should be eating less, and loosing more... Please give me some feed back, I'm getting discouraged!:thumbup: ps. You guys are an inspiration for me and I love reading all your stories and encouragement, it gives me hope.
