  1. I was banded on 3/12/09 and have that same problem. I had just chalked it up to sleeping wrong. I have seen other posts about this so now I am not so sure. Keep me posted if you find out something.

  3. :sneaky:Thanks everyone for the advice. I decided to just do what my surgeon advised and leave it at that.
  4. I was banded 03/12/09 so I am so new to this. I feel pretty good today. A friend of mine had the Realize but I had the Lap Band. He was told all these exact protein amts to intake daily and how much of this and that he should do. My surgeon simply advised to be on clear liquids for 2 weeks and gave me the lit on the Lap Band. It doesn't even mention protein shakes for like 3 weeks into the process. For the past 2 days I had a couple of sugar free popsicles and a small amt of broth. I feel ok but I don't want my hair to fall out or to be hospitalized for not taking in enough. Any suggestions?
