    Wow!! You look fabulous.
  7. Thank you for the compliments!! When I went last week I had lost 7lbs. in a month. I will hit plateaus for a couple of weeks, then it starts picking up again. I try to change up my exercising and my dietician told me this last visit I was using 2 much protein mix so instead of 2 scoops I backed off to just 1. Weight has started dropping again. Seems like little changes get the weight to coming off. I wish you luck. My husband will probably be posting on here soon, he had his surgery today with Dr. Swain.

  8. I have had one fill so far, back in June. I went back to the Dr. last week and he said I was doing so good I didn't need another yet. I feel so good doing this (as I use to come home in a sugar coma after work)that I choose not to eat any sweets or bread. I drink a scoop of protein mix (Body Fortress) in with my coffee in the morning and get the rest of my protein throughout the day. I have made sure to implement exercise. I now have a bicycle that I ride and alternate walking & riding at least 3x a week. Also, don't get discouraged I have hit 2 -3weeks plateaus where I wouldn't lose anything, then weight would start dropping again. It takes alot for our bodies to get use to these changes. Thanks for the compliments and good luck on your journey.
