  1. Hi all I am not much of a poster these days but I am going to try and get better. It is great to see that I am not alone in this journey and everyone here seems to be having the same amount of wt loss I am down 14.4 as of today .. Wed though is my official wt track day. Right now I am frustrated because I still can't use my Realize site like I want to, Another call to dr. office today I suppose. Is there any experts out there who can help me get my ticker going.. I can not figure it out for the life of me !! Thanks
  2. I was also banded 9-9-09 WHOOT WHOOT !! Add me to the list of losers ..hehhehe
  3. Personally I would never leave the country to have this surgery... you could benefit so much by having a surgical/support team close to home .. But people do it for their own reasons. The surgery was actually a peace of cake.. you will be fine once it is over you will wish you did it sooner. I am eight days out , 12 #s down and I feel great  My dr. and support system is only 1 phone call and 20minutes away ...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !:smile2: Good luck
  4. I am going in on the 9th tooo.. whoot so many of us !! Well wishes to you all !
  5. I guess my biggie is diet coke !!!
  6. I have a sept 9th date and I can't wait .. but yes I am also doubting myself already. I find these boards keep me on my toes.. : )
  7. your situation sounds like something I read earlier.. You may not have had enough fill the first time.. Nothing should be slipping into the band to get stuck.. which means your opening is too large. I would go back and get more fill than what you had. I wish I could direct you to the post I read but I forgot already. I do not have my band yet but have been researching this board like crazy. I hope this is of help to you.
  8. I went in for my 2 month diet follow up for BCBS which I thought I would have to do for 6 months to find out that my BCBS no longer requires the 6 month following... yippee SO this means surgery sooner than I thought .. so I scheduled my psych eval on May 18th (on the cancellation list) ... and from there Im hoping surg. by June or July ...apparently I am in line waiting my turn.. :w00t: SO my question is what can I expect from here on out...????
  9. Hi there I am with you .. Maybe we could help eachother along ... I am going to my seminar on the 26th.. just 10days past my 38th b-day... YES I vow to look better at 40 !!! HEHEHEHHE:thumbup: Hope to see you soon.
