  1. Hi I had my surgery 2-10-09 and I was on protein shakes for 3 wks after and now I eat alot of chicken in many different ways... grilled most of the time.... Im spanish so I have different ways of making them.. if interested let me know.. I was a person that never ate fish... Now I eat tilapia fish seasoned with a lil adobo low sodium.. and I spread butter I cant believe its not butter lite with a teaspoon of olive oil lite in a pan... its great.. broccoli with a lil adobo & butter. If you are a picky eater then you have to learn how to make foods at your likings... any more questions feel free to ask. I will help you with the lil that I know..
