  1. I just started mushies three days ago, and haven't lost any weight. My dr. was not really clear on the calories I should intake each day during this phase. I've been eating three small meals with approx. 200 calories each. Does this sound right? Please give me any info you have:redface: THANK YOU!
  2. Thank You Shelly and Haroldrussi. I also noticed that no matter how many times I brush my teeth, and rinse with listerine, I still have bad breat, I was hoping that gum would be o.k. Thank You and have a wonderful day!
  3. Thank You, I guess I should have asked, will I ever be able to eat a hamburger?, after I am on solid foods?, My doctor didn't really get into nutrition and my nutritionist told me that popcorn, hamburgers, among others are forbidden foods. She also told me that I cannot chew gum with the lapband because it creates too much air in the stomach?? Just wondering if anyone else ever heard this? Thank You!!!
  4. I was wondering, is it every okay to eat a hamburger, or half of one?
  5. Thank You Nazzy! I may try some oatmeal for dinner!
  6. I haven't checked in for a while. I'm on my tenth day, still on liquid diet. My doctor has me on a liquid diet for two weeks-Is that normal? Thanks, and good luck to everyone!!
  7. Hi, I've also been banded for four days and am beginning to feel normal again. I'm new to this site, and not sure how to use it, so I am trying to send a message hoping to get a response.
  8. Hi I just had my lapband surgery with Dr. Nazarian on Monday.
