  1. HI..Yes I have went in and I also have omnipac witch is the thicker solution and I have not had any problems with it.
  2. Thanks, I am at my sweet spot. Have been for awhile. I do need more exercise though. The winter months are hard on me. I have Fibromyalgia and I feel bad alot of the time. I know if I could exercise more I could lose. I was also just reading a thread that said you must keep your carbs at 30 or below. Because some people will not lose the weight even though they only eat a few bites. So I have not been doing that but I am going to now. Thanks for your concern.
  3. Hello, I am new to this site. I have had the band coming up on 3 years. I am happy with the weight I have lost. But I am unhappy that I have not lost weight in over a year. I have even gained. My starting weight was 250. Got down to 195 and now I am back to 219. I am not gonna let myself get back to my high weight. It is a struggle for me though. I need a kick in the but. What can I do to get back on the band wagon.
