  1. Hello, my name is Charlotte McCoy. I have a Home childcare, so I am self employed. I have no major insurance to pay for the surgery, yet I am 5'3 and I weigh 356lbs. I JPS Connection, but they do not have a surgeon to cover the procedure. I have two kids that I can not even take to the movies. I know this because, I took them yesterday to see Madea Goes To Jail, and I cried thru the whole movies, because the arms on the chair were killing me. But how much can you deny your kids, because you are fat. The truth of the matter is, I am not ready to die. I want to live and live happy. I am married and he tries to support me mentally, but I know the truth about myself. What can I do? Who can help me?
