  1. I sympathize with you. Chicken makes me sick and the old softee, scrambled eggs also made me sick for the first time yesterday. Brought some of it up and will wait a few days to try again. It seems alot of us find chicken gets stuck. I mean the dark chicken only. Afraid to try the white meat. I did once though with a chicken fajita and boy was I sick in front of my family. After two bites thought I was going to die. I dont want that feeling again. So its bye,bye to chicken for awhile. I eat alot of chili, ground beef with Manwich sauce, and salads. Its not easy. Any advice?
  2. Boy was I sick last night. Had chicken for dinner and got so sick. I was hungry. Perhaps I ate too fast. Well it got stuck, thought I was gonna "die". Took about 45 minutes for the feeling to pass. This is the second time since surgery(2/2/09)this happened. What did I do wrong?I never want to feel like this again.
  3. Good Luck. I drank Isopure Liquids, good flavor assortment. Now I just tried Muscle Milk Lite to add protein daily. I had lapband surgery on 2/2/09, four weeks ago. I am waiting for my first fill as I am hungry and felt I needed extra protein. I eat fish every nite with spinach or veggies and am satisfied. Hope when I get my fill I will not feel hungry again, but thats hoping. Again good luck. I feel great and keep positive attitude and when people ask me how I feel, I say GREAT, cause I do.
  4. I am a new lap band patient. Had surgery 2/2/09. Have not had first fill yet. I am able to eat what surgeon suggested at first office visit, after two weeks. I dont fill up fast and that scared me. I look forward to that first fill as I dont want to feel hungry. Any suggestions out there for a new starter?
